Description:
As part of our health awareness drive, students were educated about the hidden sugar and fat in everyday snacks. Items like pastries, gulab jamuns, samosas, and fries often exceed the recommended daily limits — leading to issues like fatigue, poor concentration, and long-term health risks.
To promote smarter food choices, Health Awareness Boards have been put up near the infirmary and science lab. These highlight the nutritional content and risks of common snacks, encouraging students to reflect and choose better.
Because healthy habits start with awareness — and awareness starts in the mind.
Sugar and oil boards has been put up on the prominent areas of senior and junior wing.
