Description:
To foster students’ creativity and deepen their understanding of harvest festivals such as Lohri, Pongal, and Makar Sankranti, engaging activities were organized in the Nursery class.
For Lohri, students crafted bonfire-themed artwork, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness. In celebration of Makar Sankranti, vibrant kite crafts were created to represent the arrival of spring. Additionally, the significance of Pongal was conveyed through informative flashcards, enriching students’ knowledge of the festival.
The festivities concluded with the distribution of traditional treats, including sesame seeds, popcorn, peanuts, jaggery, and other sweets.
