Description:
Poshan Mah is being observed at Sacred Heart in the month of September. Students took a pledge on 2nd September to adopt healthy habits. Articles on balanced diet and following healthy food habits were read out in morning assembly. On 8th September, the school counsellor sensitized the students about Menstrual Health and Hygiene and importance of nutritious diet during this period.
