The Inter-Section Plate Painting Competition for Classes IV and V was
conducted with great enthusiasm and creativity. The event aimed to nurture
artistic expression, strengthen fine-motor skills, and encourage students to
view everyday objects as canvases for imagination.
In the spirit of creativity and harmony, the event was inspired by the
words of St. Francis of Assisi:
**“Start by doing what’s
necessary; then do what’s possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
— St. Francis of Assisi**
This quote beautifully captured the essence of the
competition—encouraging students to take small steps, trust their abilities,
and watch their creativity flourish into something extraordinary.
Students transformed simple plates into vibrant works of art, showcasing
themes ranging from nature and festivals to geometric patterns and cultural
motifs. Each child brought a unique perspective, blending colours, textures,
and ideas with remarkable thoughtfulness.
The event not only celebrated talent but also fostered confidence,
patience, and an appreciation for art.
