On the solemn morning of 1st May 2025, the Sacred Heart Sr. Sec. School family gathered in reverence and unity to commemorate the life and legacy of Venerable Mother Seraphina during the Institute Week Prayer Service.
It began with an introduction, followed by the collective recitation of “Our Father in Heaven,” setting a tone of solemnity and reverence.
The central moment of the service was the heartfelt procession in which Mother Seraphina’s portrait was gently carried to the altar by members of the school community.
A floral tribute was offered to the foundress by representatives of every component of the school — students, teachers, parents, support and office staff — a gesture symbolising the shared gratitude and reverence that unites the Sacred Heart family.
The prayer dance and quotes from the “Angels of Mother Seraphina” brought to light the compassionate spirit of our foundress, while glimpses of her life, paired with the soul-stirring Institute Song, reminded everyone of her enduring mission of service, faith, and love.
The Principal’s address offered words of reflection and encouragement, drawing inspiration from the noble life of Mother Seraphina and urging all present to carry forward her values in their daily lives.
In remembrance and reverence, we pray that the life of Mother Seraphina continues to inspire generations to walk the path of truth, humility, and compassion.
