The festival of colours was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the pre-primary wing today, embracing the theme of Eco-Friendly Holi. In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the school aimed to promote environmentally conscious celebrations, encouraging children to embrace nature-friendly traditions. Instead of synthetic colors, children played with fragrant flowers, fostering a love for nature and sustainability. A traditional tikka was applied on their foreheads, adding a touch of cultural reverence. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and energy as children danced joyfully, immersing themselves in the festive spirit. Adding to the vibrancy, students brought colorful tiffins, making the celebration even more delightful. The celebration was graced by the principal Sr Venita, Head Primary Sr. Alvina, along with all the teachers, who actively participated, making the event even more special. The day beautifully blended tradition, joy, and responsibility toward the environment, leaving behind cherished memories while reinforcing the importance of sustainable living.
