The event highlighted the school’s commitment to holistic education — fostering not just academic excellence but also physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. Based on the theme of Reduced Inequalities the day was dedicated to the Women World Champion Indian cricket team.
The day began with the lighting of the ceremonial torch and a march past by the students, representing their respective houses with pride and discipline. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Chestha Sachdeva who commended the students for their spirited participation and emphasized the importance of sports in shaping character and resilience. An alumni of the school, she reminisced about her student life and how the school played a vital role in shaping her future.
A colourful array of drills and competitive athletic events enthralled the audience. The parents enthusiastically applauded and encouraged the participants. The event also had the thrill of fun races for the parents, staff and support staff.
At the award ceremony, trophies and medals were presented to outstanding athletes and houses. The overall championship trophy was awarded to St. Joseph's House with St. Clare's as runner-up. Our school Principal, Rev. Sr. Venita Joseph along with the chief guest did the honour of presenting the medals and trophies.
