To mark Earth Day. Sacred Heart Sr Sec School, Sector 26. Chandigarh organised an awareness rally at Sukhna Lake, on the theme "Save Nature. Save Earth'on Tuesday, The event, held in the early morning hours, saw the enthusiastic participation of more than 100 students. who came together to spread the message of environmental conservation. Organised by school's Interact Club and The Early Act Club, the rally aimed to sensitise the public about the urgent need to protect the planet, Students carried placards and posters bearing slogans and artwork related to saving nature and combating climate change. They interacted with morning walkers along the lake, engaging them in conversations about sustain able practices and environmental responsibility. They also engaged in dialogue about climate change. The rally not only showcased the students' creativity and commitment to the environment but also served as a call to action for the community to adopt eco-friendly habits. The school faculty praised the students for taking this step in the direction of environmental stewardship and encouraged them to be responsible global citizens and change makers of tomorrow
