Our school team participated in U.T. Interschool Table Tennis Tournament organized by U.T Education Department, Chandigarh and secured the second position. It was held at Table Tennis Hall, Sector-23 on 3^rd and 5^th August. The team comprised of Sonakshi (VII-C), Reet (VIII-C), Devishi (VI-B) and Aanandi (VI-B).

Bhavan Vidyalya Chandigarh, had organised a Model United nations (MUN) from:- 2^nd to 4^th August 2019; following girls brought laurels to the school:

1. Bhavika (XI-C) represented Ghana in United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). She won the high commendation and was awarded with a trophy and a certificate.
2. Aditi Duggal (XI-C) represented Costa Rica in United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).  She won the special mention and was awarded with a certificate.
3. Tanmaya Kalra (XI-C) represented Costa Rica in Bretton woods Conference. She won the special mention and was awarded with a medal & a certificate.

Haripriya Gautam of IX-A participated in the Inter-School Declamation Competition held at D.A.V School, Sec- 8, Panchkula on 30^th July, 2019, where she secured the first position. She was awarded with a trophy and a certificate.

Samiksha Sufi of class XII-C participated in the Inter School Semi Classical Vocal Competition on 27^th July, 2019 at New Public School, Chandigarh where she secured the second position and was awarded with a trophy and a certificate.

Aakankshi Nagpal of class IX-B participated in the Credence-III ‘Sahitya Sansaar’ under the category of Kahani Lekhan Competition held at Carmel Convent School, Sector-9, Chandigarh where she secured the second position. She was awarded with a trophy and a certificate. She also participated in the Akhil Bhartiya Hindi Olympiad, where she secured the second position. She was awarded with a silver medal.

Ishita, Kavleen, Amiya and Snigdha of class VI-A, VIII-A, VIII-B and VII-D respectively participated in the Credence III 'Historical Saga' held at Carmel Convent on 25^th July, 2019. They Secured third position and were awarded with medals and certificates.

Anusha Kuthiala (X-D), Karnika (X-D), Swasti (IX-A) and Vanya (IX-B) participated in Credence III ‘Math-e-Mania’ on 24^th July, 2019 in Carmel Convent School. They won the first prize. They were awarded with trophies and certificates.

Khooshi Sharma of class XII-C participated in Speech Weavers Competition, organized by Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh on 23^rd July, 2019 and secured the third position. She was awarded with a trophy and a certificate.

Our basketball Under-14 team has bagged the third position in Servo Sub Junior State Basketball Championship organized by Chandigarh Basketball Association which was held from 17^th to 20^th July at Sports Complex, Sector-42. The team has been awarded a bronze medal. The team comprised of:

Aashna Bagri of class XI-D participated in the 10^th National Dance Sport Championship held in Nashik (Maharashtra) on 13^th and 14^th July. She participated in the Solo Salsa Open and Solo Freestyle Category and won the gold & bronze medal respectively. She participated in Asian Championship in India International Dance congress held in Bangalore on 5^th July 2019 in the semi-professional Solo Female Category & was the 2^nd runners up in the same.

Harshita (VIII-D), Anna (VIII-D) and Eva (VIII-A) participated in the BVC MUN Mock Session 2019 held in Bhavan Vidyalaya School, Sec-27, Chandigarh on 13-14 July. They won the High Commendation Award and were awarded with a novel.

Anaaha Bhatia of class UKG-B participated in the “Open Starters Category” of the National Level Abacus Competition organized by “India Abacus” chain of Abacus Academy. It was for Non-Indian Abacus students. She performed fairly well and was awarded a participation medal and a certificate.
