The baseball U-14 team participated in the UT Interschool Tournament held at GMSSS, Sector-35, Chandigarh on 27^th September 2019. They bagged the third position and were awarded with a medal and a certificate.

• Himani(VIII-A), Jasmeen(VIII-B), Annika(VIII-C), Hanshika(VIII-C), Anna(VIII-D), Arshia(VIII-D), Lakshita(VIII-D), Navjot(VIII-D), Sonali(VIII-D), Saanvi(VII-D), Tanishka(VII-D), Tejas(VI-C) and Ikjot(VI-B).

Ayushi (X-C) and Sukhjot Kaur (XII-A) won the first prize in the World Tourism Day Quiz organised by Tourism Department. They were awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 6000 and a souvenir.

Konika Singh Dhull (XI-C) and Jyotsana Yadav ( X-C)  participated in CBSE North Zone II Lawn Tennis Tournament, U-19 girls category, held at DPS Yamunanagar, Haryana from 23rd – 25th Sept, 2019 and secured the second position. They were awarded with certificates, medals and a trophy.

Dhruvika Dheer (V-C), Sacred Heart Senior Secondary School, Sector-26, Chandigarh has brought laurels to her school by winning the Chhota RJ Contest organised by 94.3 MY FM and Dainik Bhaskar. More than 1500 students from various Schools in Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula) sent their entries for the much sought after contest. Due to the Refined Speech and Oratory Skills as well as her command over language, Dhruvika got selected for the finals and won the contest as "Chhota RJ" which was aired on  the radio channel " 94.3 MY FM " on 3rd September 2019.

The Sports Department, Chandigarh Administration organized Inter School tournament for U-14 boys and girls from 2^nd to 5^th September. Himanshi (VII-B) secured the first position in 44 plus weight category of Judo. She was awarded cash prize of Rs 1500.

The Sports Department, Chandigarh Administration organized Inter School tournament for U-14 boys and girls from 2^nd to 5^th September. Tanishka Sareen (VII-D) won first prize in all the four categories of Archery and was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 6000.

Aavya Shashi (VIII-D) was declared as the second overall best gymnast. She secured the first, second and third positions in the rope clubs, ball and ribbon events respectively. She was also awarded a cash prize of Rs 5000.

Kamya Kumari of Class IV-A participated in 18^th Chess Championship organised at Manav Rachna International School, Mohali. It was organised in collaboration with Chandigarh Shatranj Parents Association. The championship was conducted from 31^st August to 1^st September 2019. She took part in U-11 girls category and cleared all the six rounds. She won the third position and was awarded with a trophy.

The Heartians who had excelled in sports (2018-19) were felicitated today in an Annual Prize distribution function held in Tagore Theatre to celebrate National Sports Day. The Education Secretary, DPI and DEO were also present on this occasion.  Reverend Sr. Nisha graced this proud moment with her presence.

Girls of our school bagged third position in the UT Badminton Tournament held at Dev Samaj School, Sector-21, Chandigarh on 27th August. They were awarded with a bronze medal and a certificate of appreciation.

• The team comprised of Maulli Sharma (IX-D), Kavya Gupta (IX-D), Nikita (IX-D), Aarushi Goyal (IX-D),  Raashi Kaushal (VIII-D),  Prisha (VI-C), Navkiran Saini (VI-B),  Harshita (X-B),  Nishtha (X-B) and Isheeta Midha (VI-A).

Students of our school participated in the Carmel Convent Mock and Training Session held at Carmel Convent School, Chandigarh on 24^th and 25^th August.

•  Eva (VIII-A) and Sonali (VIII-D) were awarded with a Special Mention and were presented with certificates.
• Ambreen (VIII-B) and Sarah (VIII-D) won the High Commendation Award and were presented with certificates.
• Geet (VIII-D) and Harshita (VIII-D) won the Best Delegate Award and were awarded with a book and certificate each.
