Kosheen of class VI-A participated in the dance competition organised by the the Chandigarh Art Theatre on the 15^th November 2014. She won the 1^st prize in 11-18 age group solo dance category.

Aakriti Ojha of class VI-A won a silver medal in skating competition held in November.

Bhanu of class VII-A won 3 gold medals in 20^th Panchkula District Roller Skating championship 2014 which took place at the Blue Bird High School. There she was also awarded with the speed champion title and was selected for 28^th Haryana State Roller Skating competition 2014 held in Rohtak from 29^th November to 2^nd December where she secured 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal.

Our school throwball team won a gold and a silver medal in the annual sports meet conducted in the last week of November in the school.

Our school basketball team participated in the Indian School Basketball NBA League sponsored by IMG RELIANCE and bagged the 2^nd position. The team under 19 participated in the SHANTA.H.SINGH memorial tournament for girls held New Public School Sector 18 Chandigarh from 28^th November to 1st December, 2014 and bagged the 2^nd position. The girls were awarded with a cash prize of 10,000. Basketball team under 16 participated in the ST.XAVIER TROPHY meet held at St.Xaviers school, Sector 44 Chandigarh . They played their final match and secured the second place. The team comprised of:

A painting competition was organized by Water Ministry of India on water conservation. 42 schools and over 9000 students participated in it. Only 50 students were selected for state level competition which was held on 26^th November, 2014 at Baba Makhan Shah Lobana. Muskan Khurana of class VII-A and Kirti Bagri of VIII-D were selected for the state level competition where they got the consolation prize. They were awarded with a certificate, a cash prize of Rs. 2000, a bag, a t-shirt, a cap and a drawing kit.

The CBSE National Roller Skating tournament was held from 17 to 20 November 2014 in Sonipat. Manvi Goyal of class X-B won a gold medal in time trial in 14 to 16 years category of girls. She also recorded the best timing of 44.33 seconds in all age categories.

In the National Handwriting and Colouring Contest 2014, our dearest teacher Ms. Deepika has been landed as Ideal Teacher.

Arista Kanav of class 6-c participated in an art competition organized by Chhaya School of Art. There she won the first prize.

Arista also participated in Naach 2014 organized by Chandigarh art theatre on 15^th November, 2014. There, she won a special prize and a certificate. She also participated in an art competition organized by Chandigarh News on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti, 2014 and bagged the third prize.

 Arista also participated in the Dance Dana Dan 2014 at Bal Bhawan sector 23 Chandigarh and won a special prize.

State Level Painting Competition was organized under national campaign on energy conservation on 15th November 2014. In this competition Anna Kapur of class V of our school won the first prize in category A. She has been awarded with a certificate, a medal and a cash prize of Rs. 20,000 and will now represent the Union Territory at State Level.

Vivek High School, Chandigarh organised VHS MUN 2014 from 14-17 November where 6 committees were simulated.

Aastha Malhotra of X-B served as the Vice Chairperson of the group of 20 summit.

Suhani Khurana of X-C representing Botswana in the Human Rights Council received an Honourable Mention.

Tanya Syngle of IX-B representing Botswana in the commission on status of women also received an Honourable Mention.

Navika of IX-A representing Canada in the G-20 bagged the special Mention Award.

Sharmishtha Singh of XI-C representing the African Union in the G-20 summit was awarded with the high commendation Award.
