Ishanvi Shekhar (III-C) won a silver medal in CBSE North Zone Skating Competition held at Fatehgarh Sahib from 10th to 13th October. She has been selected for the nationals to be held at Belgaum, Karnataka. She also won a gold and silver medal in 25th Panchkula District Skating Championship. She was declared Group Champion and was awarded a trophy for the same.

Anisha Kuthiala (XI-B) won the silver medal in the Sport Rifle Junior Women Category in the North Zone Shooting Championship held at Delhi from 9th to 20th October, 2019. The event was organised by the National Rifle Association of India.

Heartians excelled in various events and bagged prizes in TRIUMPH 2019 hosted by Banyan Tree School, Chandigarh on 9th October.

• Vanya (IX-A) and Shambhavi Sinha (IX-A) bagged the first and the second position respectively in the Shipwreck Competition. They were awarded with trophies and certificates.
• The team, which comprised of following members, won the “Overall Trophy” and brought laurels to the school:
•  Mahika (VI-A), Anvi Malik (VI-A), Adya (VI-A), Avni Thakur (VI-B), Snigndha (VII-D), Sharvi (VII-D), Matisha (VIII-D), Navjot (VIII-D), Shambhavi (IX-A), Vanya (IX-A), Riddhima (X-A) and Harshita (X-A).

Arshia (VIII-D) participated in Tricity Dance Competition held on 7th October, 2019 at Community Centre, Panchkula. She won the gold medal in freestyle category.

• Ceerat Kang (VII-C) participated in the Tee Box Golf School Junior Championship held on 5th October, 2019 at Panchkula Golf Club and Secured the first position in category C girls’ age group of 11-13 Years.
• Ceerat also participated in the All India Junior Girls Golf Championship hosted by Indian Golf Union held on 20-24 October, 2019 at Army Golf Course, New Delhi and secured the second position in category C age group of 11-13 Years.

Vinnati (IX-D) and Maurine (XI-C) won gold medal in Roller Skating State Championship, juniors category, held at  Skating Rink, Sector-10, Chandigarh from 4th - 6th October.

Roller Skating State Federation conducted various competitions in October, 2019 at Government Skating Rink, Sector-10, Chandigarh. Some of the achievers were:

Diara Paul (V-D) participated in RSFI Hockey Skating and won a gold medal.

Garvita Kakkar (V-A) won a silver medal in the same competition.

Ananya Ahuja (V-A) won two gold medals in 500m and 1000m Inline track races.

The U-17 Badminton team of Sacred Heart School, Sector-26, Chandigarh won the Interschool Championship held at Sector-43 Sports Complex from 3rd October - 10th October 2019.

• In the finals, Tisha Giri, Tanisha Giri, Seerat and Tanya Sharma defeated Saupin’s School, Sec-32, Chandigarh 2-1.

Bhavseerat Kang (X-D) participated in Fencing State Championship held at GMSSS-10 from 3^rd-5^th OCT, 2019 and won two silver and a bronze medal in category EPEE.

The Fencing U-17 team of our school participated in UT Inter School Tournament and bagged the following medals:

• Epee - Bronze
• Foil - Silver
• Sabre - Silver
• The team comprised of:
• Harshita (X-A), Aprajita (IX-B), Navya Noor (X-A), Arshiya (IX-B), Riya (X-D), Bhavseerat (X-D) and Navyaa (VIII-B).

Prisha of class IV-C participated in 18th Chess Championship organized by Manav Rachna International School, Mohali in the month of September. She won the second prize in the U-11 girls category. She also participated in an Open– Chess Tournament organized by Chandigarh Parents Shatranj Association on 28th and 29th September. She was declared the best girl contestant in the tournament and was awarded with a trophy.
