Recently we had the blood donation camp and 3 of our students motivated many people to be a part of the noble cause and donate blood. The school appreciate the efforts of the 'good Samaritans'.

The under-19 Basketball team of our school has brought laurels to the school by securing the 2^nd position in Shanta H. Singh Memorial BasketballTournament held at New Public School from 28-Nov-15 to 30-Nov-15. The team was awarded with certificates, Vouchers from Hot Millions and a cash prize of 10,100. Harshita Pathania of VI-B participated in the SIP National Abacus and Brain Gym Competition held at Noida, on 22^nd November, She bagged the 1^st Runner’s up position and was awarded with a trophy, a medal and a certificate.

Ebadat Sandha of VII-A participated in Choi Kwang do Martial arts a district, state and national level which was held at Tau Devi Lal Stadium on 29^th and 31^st October. She was awarded with 4 medals and certificate.

Raahat Tara of IX-C and Abhipriya of IX-B participated in the Funancial Quest Season 5 held at Hotel Hometel Chandigarh. It was organized by National Stock Exchange in collaboration with CNBC tv18. They won the zonal round and were selected for the National round. They will now represent city in the national that will take place in Mumbai. They were awarded with a certificate and a bag.

Heena Kang of class VII-C participated in the 15^th Albatross Junior  Tour, India held at Chandigarh Golf Club on 5^th & 6^th November, 2015 and she secured the 1^st position. She also participated in the Chandigarh Golf Club Junior Championship, 2015 held at Chandigarh Golf club on 15 November, 2015 where she secured the 2^nd position.

Niharika Yadav of class XI-C participated in the YPSMUN 2015 held in Patiala where schools from all over India participated. Here she won the PRESIDENT’S BEST DELEGATE AWARD. She was awarded with a cash prize of Rs 8000 & a gold plated pen.

Siya Chaudhary of class VI-B participated in the Lawn Tennis Tournament held at Dera Bassi, Punjab and secured the 1^st position. She was awarded by a trophy and a medal.

Konika Singh Dhull of class VII-B participated in AITA talent series 2015 held at Bhagat Hansraj Tennis academy, Gohana from 9^th to 11^th November. In the U-14 category, She defeated all players and walked away with the Winner’s trophy.

An Inter School Quiz Competition  ‘Qurious 2015’ was held at Banyan Tree School on 4-Nov-2015. Tanya Syngle of X-B and Zinnia Girdhar of X-C participated in it and cleared the first level and were awarded with an Achievement Certificate and Pendrives.

State Science Seminar on ‘Harnessing Light- Possibilities & Challenges 2015’ was organized by National Science Centre, Delhi in collaboration with State Council of Educational Research & Training Chandigarh Administration. Tanya Syngle of class X-B participated in the same and bagged the Third State Rank.  She was awarded with a Merit Certificate and a Book.
