Chandigarh Parents Chess Association in collaboration with Indusind Bank organised Chandigarh Open Chess Tournament on 8^th October, 2017 in Manav Mangal School, Chandigarh in which Kashish Kaushal of Class X-C scored 4 points out of 6 and was awarded with the trophy for the Best Girl Performer.

Sumedha Kasyap of class VIII-A bagged the second position in the International English Olympiad which was held on 6^th October, 2017. She was awarded with a gold medal and a participation certificate.

Tarini Goyal of class XI C participated in the U-17 National Girls chess Championship held at Coimbatore Tamil Nadu on 2^nd October where she secured the third position and was selected to represent India in the Asian And world youth Championship 2018.

Sanya Gupta was the part of the team VII-B that has secured Second position in volleyball competition held at T.D.L Stadium Panchkula. Date : From 28 September 2017 to 1 October 2017. Category: (under-14) Organised by Government of Haryana. She was  Awarded with a certificate and a silver medal.

Jaunita Ruchel Datta of class VIII-A has secured the first position in the SOF International General Knowledge Olympiad which was held in October, 2017. She was awarded with a Gold Medal and a Participation Certificate.

Aashna Bagri of class IX D participated in 5^th Asian indoor and Martial Arts Games 2017 Held at Ashgabat, Turkmenistan from 17^th to 28^th September 2017 where she bagged the fourth Position. She is also the first Indian to compete in Salsa Category in Asian games. She also won the third position in India International Dance congress 2017 Asia open Championship held at Bangalore in July 2017.

Aashna Bagri of Class IX-D participated in the 5^th Asian Indoor Games held in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan from 17^th September to 27^th September, 2017. She is the first Indian to compete in the Asian Indoor Games for Salsa in the Dance Sports category. She stood fourth in the event and was awarded with a certificate.

Tarini Goyal of Class XI-C participated in the U-19 National Chess Championship held in Patna, Bihar from 3^rd September to 11^th September, 2017. She bagged the joint fifth position and received a trophy and a cash prize.

The Lawn Tennis team of our school participated in CBSE North Zone II Tennis Tournament, held from 5^th September to 7^th September, 2017 at Mount Carmel School, Chandigarh where they bagged the third position. The team comprised of :-

The U-14 Football team of  Sacred Heart Sr. Sec School participated in the Second Tribune Trust Football Tournament held at Tribune Model School, Sector 29-D, Chandigarh from 30^th August, 2017 to 1^st September, 2017 and bagged the First Runners Up position. The team comprised of:-

Jiah Kang of class V-A Participated in IGU Northzone National Championship- Feeder Tour & Sub-Junior held at ATS Golf Meadows, Derabassi  from 27^th August  To  30^th August, 2017 where she bagged the First position.

Our school team comprising of Arpan Sharma of X-A, Shreya of IX & Kashish of IX participated in the Under-19 UT Acrobatic Tournament held on 29 Aug, 2017 at Sports Complex Sec-7 Chandigarh & secured second position. They were awarded with medals.
