10 KAILASH NETBALL TROPHY (Under -17 girls) was Held At KBDAV Sector – 7 CHD on   24^th January 2018. The Netball team of the school won the first position  in the U-17 category. The team comprised of:-

2^nd Maharaj Krishan North Zone Junior Golf Tournament was held at Panchkula golf club on 23^rd and 24^th of January where Heena Kang of class X-D secured the second position. She also participated in the IGU North Zone Sub - Junior and Feeder Tour held at Panchkula golf club from 29^th to 31^st of January 2018 and secured the first position. She also participated in the 90^thAlbatross IJGA National Qualifies India - 2018 which was held at the Chandigarh Golf Club from 29^th to 30^th of March and she secured the third position. She also participated in the Chandigarh golf club Lady Captain’s Day – 2018 Held on 5^th of April and served the first position. 

Science Olympiad foundation organized many Olympiads.

• For NCO, Bhavya Goel of VI-C was awarded with zonal silver medal, a cheque of Rs.2500 and a certificate, Hazel of VIII-B got a gift voucher and Devanshi of VIII-D got a zonal bronze medal, a cheque of Rs.1000 and an excellence certificate.
• For IEO, Shambhavi Sinha of VIII-B and Sumedha Kashyap of IX-C both of them got an excellence certificate.
• For IGKO, Krittika Manocha of VIII-B got a gift voucher, a bronze medal and an excellence certificate.

Snigdha Jayra of Class V- B won 2 gold medals in State Taekwondo Championship held on 21^st January, 2018.

The International Social Studies Olympiad was conducted on 17^th January by silver zone foundation where Shambhavi Sinha of class VIII-B participated and got the first rank in the state, school and class. For this, she was awarded with a certificate, a gold medal and a pen.

Shreya of class VIII – C and Eliza of class VII – D participated in an Inter-School Water Quiz Competition held on 10/01/2018 at Sri Guru Gobind Singh School, Sector 26 Chandigarh. They stood third in the north zone and were awarded with certificates and trophy for the same.

Manika Mahajan of Class VI-D won a Bronze Medal in rink race-I, a Silver Medal in rink race-III in Chandigarh Roller Skating Championship 2017-18 in U-12 category which was held from 5^th January to 8^th January, 2018

Manasvi Vashishtha of Class XI-B has won first prize in Brain Bee Competition held at PGIMER,Sector-12, Chandigarh. She was awarded with a Trophy, a Gold Medal , Certificates and a Gift Voucher of Rs 2000.

Naisha Singla of Class V-B won the bronze medal in Under 12 Roller Skating State Championship 2017-18 held at KB DAV School from 5^th to 7^th Jan in road race.

Himanshi of Class V-B won the gold medal in State Wushu Championship 2017-18 held at Punjab University Wushu hall on 30-12-2017. She achieved this feat in weight category 40Kgs.

The following girls appeared for intermediate & diploma courses in Bharatnatyam conducted by Akhil Bhartiya Gaandharv Maha Vidyalaya Mandal in Delhi in December 2017 in Madhyama Poorna i.e. the intermediate examination.
