GMSSS, Sector-23, Chandigarh organised a Taekwondo event from 9^th Oct to 11^th Oct, 2018 where Aurya of VIII-C secured the first Position in  U-17 Category and was rewarded with a gold medal.

Heena Kang of X-D secured the first position in 25^th Punjab Open Junior Amateur Golf Championship (Junior Category) held at Chandigarh Golf Club from 9^th to 10^th October 2018. She also bagged the second position in 25^th Punjab Open Junior Amateur Golf Championship (Champion Bowl category).

Diya Kapur (X-D) participated in the Handwriting Olympiad held in Sacred Heart School on 10^th October, 2018 where she bagged third position whereas Harshita (VII-A) got a consolation prize in the same competition. They were awarded with medals and certificates.

Diya Goyal of class X-D participated in Handwriting Olympiad held in Sacred Heart in which she secured the first position. She was awarded with a trophy and a certificate.

Tanisha Giri and Tisha Giri of IX-A won the first position in Doubles and third position in Singles in the Xo Gems Badminton Tournament held in Sec-7, Chandigarh from 6-8^th Oct, 2018.

Gurukul Global School organized an MUN on 5^th, 6^th and 7^th October, 2018. Pragya Pabbi of class IX-C represented Canada in ECOSOC, Jiya Sud of X-C represented South Africa in ECOSOC,  Raizel of class IX-A represented Rajnath Singh in AIPPM and Bhavika of class X-A represented Finland in CSW. They won Special Mentions and were awarded with medals and certificates.

The budding skaters of Sacred Heart School (Primary Wing) brought laurels to School by winning medals in various categories. They were also selected for the National-Level Skating Championship to be held in Chhattisgarh on 28^th November. The winners are :-

Tanisha Giri, Tisha Giri and Shreya Rana of IX-A and Charmie of VIII-B and Myeisha of VIII-C secured the first  position  in U-17 Invitational second  Infantine Badminton Cup held at Sports Complex, Sec-78, Mohali. 

11 Even sports Table Tennis Tournament held at Sector-23, Table Tennis Hall, Chandigarh from 3-6 October, 2018. Vasundhara Singh Hooda also participated in an individual event for the same and secured the third position. She was awarded with a medal and certificate.

Following girls participated in the CBSE Cluster-18 Table Tennis Tournament held at St. Joseph’s School, Sector-44, Chandigarh from 7-9 September. They won the third position and were awarded with medals and a trophy:-

Ceerat Kang of Class VI-C Participated in 6^th Tricity Junior Golf Championship held in Panchkula Golf Club on 2^nd October, 2018 and she secured first position (Sponsored by Umbrea Group). She also participated in the All Ladies and Junior Punjab Open Golf Tournament held at Chandigarh Golf Club from 9^th to 11^th October, 2018 and secured first position in the Sub Junior Category (Sponsored by Coca Cola).
