CCPCR, "The Girl India Project" believes that period poverty is a serious issue that affects many women. It's sad to know that some women can't afford basic menstrual products. We at Sacred Heart work together to make sure that one's who need have an access. The students have taken an initiative by creating awareness about menstrual health and donating period sanitary equipments to vulnerable group of women. Therefore, Sacred Heart is revolutionizing this situation by going forward to initiate it's own sanitation drive by observing every Thursday as Menstrual Care Day.
