Mehr Puri of class 8B secured second prize in article writing competition on Eye Donation. She penned down her feelings in Punjabi and was awarded a cash prize of 800 rupees and a certificate in a function held in Advanced Eye Care Centre, P.G.I, Chandigarh on 9th September. Lions Club Chandigarh Central in association with Eye Bank, PGIMER, Chandigarh organized an Inter-School Article Writing Competition. This event was a part of National Eye Awareness Fortnight observed from 25th August to 8th September.
